the reasonable exchange with the Cuban 5, whom one Appellate Court found did NOT get a fair trial in Miami.

Odd how it is they always get forgetful about this, isn't it?

Nothing rightfully hangs on how Cuba handles Alan Gross. The U.S. had an alternative long ago, and has been practicing deception since then.
