Venezuelan National Guard troop found dead at shooting range

Diosnny Manuel Guinand Yeudez (24), a corporal of the Bolivarian National Guard of Venezuela (GNB), was found dead after having been missing since June 29. His body was buried in one of the shooting ranges of the GNB in Macarao, a low-income sector west Caracas.
The body showed signs of torture, relatives of the victim said. GNB troops texted Guinand's relatives to inform them that he had been tortured at the shooting range and was missing.
Relatives reckoned that the officer was strangled to death.
Unofficial sources informed that three individuals were arrested in connection with this case and are to appear before the Military Attorney General's Office.
