An Oklahoma City attorney and Ada bail bondsman are accused of taking trips to Peru to have sex with underage girls, according to a search warrant filed Tuesday in federal court.
As of Tuesday, neither man had been charged in the United States.
In April, a source told FBI agents and an agent from the Drug Enforcement Administration that attorney Michael Dean Billings had traveled to Iquitos, Peru, to have sex with minors, according to the warrant. Ada bail bondsman Robert Pierce accompanied him on that trip and admitted to another source about traveling with Billings to Peru four to six times a year for several years, records show.
Both men discussed their conquests engaging in sexual activity with young girls with the second source, according to the warrant.
30 trips in eight years
An investigation last month revealed Billings has traveled to Peru about 30 times since September 2005.
