Yoani Sanchez interviews Joe Biden

http://www.14ymedio.com/entrevista/joe_biden-barack_obama-estados_unidos-cuba-alan_gross_0_1567643221.html

Good to see a Cuban journalist getting such a high profile interview. No idea why the Cuban government would block her site.

Q: In 2009, with Obama, I asked him about the possibility of the US invading Cuba. His replay was "no". Nevertheless, Cuban leaders do not cease talking about an iminent plan by the US to overthrow the government in Havana. What should I tell my son if asks, should we, Cubans, be worried?

A: Simple answer, "no" Just as president Obama said.

So, just because certain folks make that claim doesn't mean that its true.
Problem is, that the US gov't forbids unfettered travel to Cuba, so, I guess, that I'm the only DUer who has been there to check. If this US travel ban would be dropped, then many DUers could confirm my observation.

so that the information is not limited to state run sources. I am sure the new undersea cable has really expanded internet access for all Cubans.

Keep checking the site when in or outside Cuba and post any good stories like the interview with Biden when you get a chance. Cuba should be proud that one of their own is making the big time.

3. Cubans, in general, aren't proud of collaborators of the US's Cuba regime change programs.

Although, there is a stark minority who do laud her efforts, no matter her funding.

It makes far more sense to someone who's seen corporate crapaganda and doesn't like it.

Once the US is forced by inner pressure to drop the embargo and travel ban for everyone, these a-holes who've been cranking out the disinformation are going to have to start sucking up some unemployment to keep body and soul together.

Spectacular, twisted clowns.
