The penalty the government is charging the world's fourth largest copper producer is an insult to all living thing in Mexico, the ones who haven't been poisoned, yet, and a posthumous insult to those already murdered through the pure greed of Grupo Mexico.

I've heard 40 million pesos is going to be the amount of the fine, plus whatever Grupo Mexico expends during their cleanup (whatever shape that takes).
