Venezuela suspends sale of Citgo due to low offers (Spanish)

Ven was looking to get 8-10 billion. Also, they owe creditors so a lien could be placed on the sale by a third party so its not an attractive investment.

I thought nationalization was the cure to every problem on Earth?

Do the real leaders of Venezuela (Fidel and Raul) approve of this attempt? Then again, Raul HAS been privatizing more of Cuba's economy while Venezuela has been nationalizing more of theirs.
