Colombia's economy is growing. Colombia attracts tourists. Colombia's murder rate has fallen over in general over the last dozen years and is well below that of Venezuela. Colombia has a diverse economic sector and are not overly dependent on oil although they are oil exporters. People don't stampede to get into Colombian supermarkets.
