student who was injured by the police, not of a 'victim' of the so-called 'mortar attacks'.

death and destruction even ONE mortar round would have caused. Instead all we see are some photos of a couple of scratched arms (which turn out to be from students beat on by the police, not the supposed 'victims') and another showing about 10 people hanging out in the middle of the street with nothing happening and life going on as normal all around them. That group of 10 are supposed to be "mercenaries, hired by smugglers, and paid for with US dollars" who are responsible for having fired mortar rounds into Tachira on two separate occasions.
