Santos says Iran nuclear deal is ‘another triumph of diplomacy over confrontation’
Posted by Adriaan Alsema on Jul 14, 2015

Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos praised a deal between Iran and world leaders that limits Iranian nuclear activity in return for the lifting of international economic sanctions.

The president also congratulated US President Barack Obama and State Secretary John Kerry for their “courage” in securing the deal.

“This is another triumph of diplomacy over confrontation,” Santos said in a video message published on social media and his website.

Earlier on Tuesday, both Obama and Iranian leader Hassan Rouhani announced the deal in which the Islamist government of Iran vows to scale back its nuclear activities, while the US and its allies lift a trade embargo.

just background "white" noise, much like CNN and Fox.

What the fascists really fear is lower oil and commodity prices and profits as Iran's economy rejoins the community of nations.

The American Mullahs and Military fear losing yet another tool for fearmongering.

So sad.

yammering, screeching at the tops of their lungs until they drop dead, agitating for more hatred, more weapons, more everything, and, if things cool down, bombing the bejesus out of Iran.

All those vicious speeches, or songs, "Bomb, bomb Iran," were gold for their campaign coffers.

Cowardly, poisonous scums, agitating for more young men to go kill other young men, year in, year out. I hope they all choke, in a nice way.

Iran purchasing advanced defensive weapons - much screeching over how this might make a trillion dollar a year military perhaps forced to take an extra day or two before wiping Iran from the face of the Earth.

4. What would they do if someone implanted functioning brains in their diseased skulls, anyway?

The shock would probably kill them.

How could there be so many twisted cretins that they have their own political party? This party is clearly something which would make Abraham Lincoln barf in his gruel any day of the week.

On edit, after thinking about your post more:

What may be keeping Iran on the face of the map this far is their "awareness" they are going to have to have their new "enemy" ready to step in when they do destroy that ancient country. Right now, they realize they might have to accept a deadly peace for a while, or spontaneous create a new fire-breathing, wildly hate-able huge, scary "enemy" to seem threatening to the world's most dangerous country with the wildly greatest military threat in history.
