for years now. This report certainly does nothing to stifle that charge. Is Maduro really Colombian?

with former neighbors of his giving credence to the charge. His mother is definitely Colombian and his father went to school there. Not sure if he is Colombian. The acta from his birth year is missing from Cucuta, Colombia, where he grew up and in Bogota records have been mutilated. I think he is Colombian. Nothing wrong with that but he can't be president of Venezuela.
