Maduro takes the gloves off: Go against Chavismo, suffer the fate of Perez

Maduro: Every group that revolts will have the same fate
16 Jan 2018, 19:35

Gilberto Rojas / Jan 16, 2018.- President Nicolás Maduro assured Tuesday night from the Command of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) that any armed group that revolts against his government will have "the same fate" as Óscar Pérez and his comrades in arms.

"Within 17 days of giving the order, the order must be fulfilled, and the counterrevolution must be known and the Colombian oligarchy must know that each group that armes and finances to bring terrorism will have the same fate, because we are willing to defend with our lives the right to peace, to life, to the independence of our people," he said.

Ah, the "Colombian oligarchy". When its not Obama/Trump/Uncle Sam, Panama, Aruba/Bonaire/Curacao, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Portugal, Spain or the EU... always someone else that is causing Chavismo all this trouble.

For taking pictures of protests? And not some Chavista civilian court. Military courts, where the accused isn't allowed representation.

That Chavismo would assassinate an opposition figure and accuse them of armed insurrection isn't old news to anyone following Venezuela. They routinely arrest opposition figures and "discover" bomb making materials and "detailed CIA plans" to overthrow Chavismo. Now, they have an excuse to just put a bullet in their head on the spot.

This is just the next level of Chavista depravity. Another excuse to stay in power at any cost.

Instead of giving them over to their families.

No need to bother with autopsies either.
