If I may - I am sure others here understand perfectly well, so that I can try to see the big picture..

Urgent. The geniuses who run the BCV are thinking of another monetary reconvention to take back 3 zeros to Bolivar as it was in December 2007. So raised will fail again. #HaMuertoElBolívar and it's not a cosmetic change.

Helps me to understand - MUY Fuerte...okay..very strong...
