Apr 2, 2018 12:17 pm

The Attorney General appointed by the "Cuban Constituent", Tarek William Saab, assured that he has not had accounts in Switzerland or Panama, for what he considers that the sanctions imposed against him are a "fake news" (false news).

During an interview on the radio station Union Radio, Saab described adempas "patrañas" and urged the authorities of both countries to "show the alleged accounts that I have, because I have an account is in Banco Venezuela that everyone can see , a payroll account. Offer the tests and if they show a false, I will sue them."

Switzerland announced a package of sanctions against Venezuela on Wednesday, in the same vein as other European countries that have taken action against the South American country after accusations of human rights violations and on Saab indicated that "it has undermined democracy and the rule of law in Venezuela by publicly supporting actions against government opponents."

For its part, the government of Panama included 55 people from the government of Nicolás Maduro and Chavez leaders for money laundering, among them, Tibisay Lucena (CNE), Tarek William Saab (appointed Prosecutor), Adán Chávez (brother of Chávez Frías), Elías Jaua (Minister of Education) and Ernesto Villegas (Minister of Culture).
