Chavista governor irked that his pool has no water, while the poor don't have clean drinking water!

Lacava suffers because the pool in his house does not have waterIn view of the serious water shortage suffered by the Carabobo state several months ago, Governor Rafael Lacava wanted to send a message to Hidrolago, the supply company in the central states of the country to warn that until Tuesday, April 24, they have time to solve the faults.
Showing the pool of his house without water, he recorded a video that he posted on his social networks: "If tomorrow night I see that there is no improvement in the distribution issue here in Valencia, Dracula's car comes out."
