Cuba is well ahead of the Central American countries, South American countries.

The people of Cuba have been doing many things right since they threw out the trash. They're near the front of the pack, aren't they?

Do you mean all countries. They do show the years changing when you clicked the arrow it animates. I guess you mean all the other countries too.
