That is, if you can get any cash. The ATM's provide for about 10 cents per day withdrawals. If they are working, since in most of the country, the electricity is only working 4 hours per day.



Of course, the Chavistas blame "mafias" for hoarding Bolivars... which defies logic, since the currency is depreciating so quickly, most people spend it the minute they get it.
