Maduro won't allow food or medical aid to come into Venezuela, because to do so would admit that Chavismo is a failure. And God forbid that food and medicine get out to the starving, suffering people of Venezuela and them finding out that Chavismo didn't provide it.

But, as Delcy Rodriquez (head of the imposed ANC and Che Guevara acolyte) has so often made mention, that in a "Revolution, some sacrifices have to be made". Certainly not Delcy and her vile brother Jorge... but other people.
