More electrical failure in Venezuela. But this time it is blamed on rains... during a drought!

CORPOELEC: Atmospheric conditions are causing blackouts
By: Aporrea.org | Sunday, 07/01/2018 08:37 PM

The National Electric Corporation (Corpoelec) assured this Friday through its Twitter account that electricity failures in different sectors of the country are due to the rains.

"Due to adverse weather conditions present, several sectors are registered at this time without electric service," he said.

They added that the staff worked to solve the problem. "Staff is working to normalize the electrical system."

The failure was reported by Venezuelans since early morning on Saturday.

Two weeks ago, the problem was "the sun was closer to the earth", which was causing blackouts all over Venezuela... but not Guyana, Colombia, Brazil or anywhere else. Before that, it was iguanas fornicating on electrical lines. God forbid the people be told the truth that 19 years of Chavismo hasn't done diddly squat to maintain or upgrade the electrical infrastructure.
