Chavismo's fraudulent "Petro" cryptocurrency relaunched... again

A cryptocurrency that

is run by known crooks and liars who have brought 10 million percent inflation to their country
couldn't be purchased with the local currency (the Venezuelan Bolivar) by people with no wealth,
doesn't have a block chain,
the white paper is blank,
no wallet (nor a users manual) and
every major point of purchase for the Petro doesn't have a single sale
