Federal Police called for the temporary jailing of former President Dilma Rousseff (PT) in an inquiry into whether JBS made, at PT's request, R $ 40 million in illicit donations to her allies in the 2014 elections.
The request, however, was denied by Federal Supreme Court Justice Edson Fachin.
The information appears in the representation sent to the court, on June 26, by the delegate Bernardo Guidali Amaral.

He also requested the temporary arrests of former Minister Guido Mantega, TCU Minister Vital do Rêgo, former Senators Eunício Oliveira (MDB-CE), and Valdir Raupp (MDB-RO) and five more people.
The delegate explained that those investigated, "if kept free," would interfere with the collection of evidence.
In his decision on October 21, Fachin said restricting the freedom of the people under investigation would be an extreme measure.
