SAO PAULO, Feb 18 (Reuters) - Brazil’s lower house speaker Rodrigo Maia said on Tuesday that upcoming municipal elections make it harder to approve the privatization of state-controlled power holding company Centrais Eletricas Brasileiras SA , or Eletrobras, this year.
