A history teacher from a school in Santo André, in the metropolitan region of São Paulo, was removed by the Department of Education after walking around the courtyard dressed in clothing similar to that of the racist organization Ku Klux Klan.

The episode surfaced this Monday night (20), but occurred on December 8 during the school's theme week.

On that occasion, teachers and third-year students were able to choose an outfit to participate in the Costume Parade. The teacher was filmed by students.

According to the text released by the school, as soon as he entered the court, the teacher was booed and removed from the place by the students. He took off the costume and provided clarification to the school board. According to a letter released by the school, the teacher acknowledged the inappropriate attitude and apologized.
