I have a question.....

I had since the few days before longtime browsed the DUJK archives. It was heavily spoken of JK as a senator being ostracized in DC, and even by some Dems as a kind of punishement for his IranContra investigations. But what was the very nature of ostracism? Thanks in advance to all of you.
