Comment: The secret immigration policy they tried to hide
When US politicians talk about building vast new infrastructure projects- to create stimulus, many of them may not realize, times have changed a lot in terms of our trading commitments- and will change a great deal more after the three new pending deals are passed, and unfortunately, this very big one was passed in the 90s already, so whether they intend for it to be this way or not, this is likely how those projects will end up being done. In other words they may create few US jobs, and instead employ people from elsewhere at very low wages- minimum wage, perhaps. This is called "Mode Four" .
This applies as much or more in the US as it does in the UK.
