seems to hate this country more than we may have even supposed.

So, how much vindictive damage will he do as retribution for being called out on the carpet now to face consequences? I anticipate a lot of that. "I'll show you!" seems to be an option as the child attempts to get his way by being destructive while throwing tantrums.

Look out, we are in a for a ride and he still has the power to ramp up the mayhem as much as he can get away with. I don't think he is able to really see through his delusion of impunity that well, so he can convince himself that it's alright to muck up the country as a way to retaliate.

In other words, he hates us all and the country as well. There is some deep-seated psychological shit I am seeing in him that goes beyond the obvious narcissism, etc. In lieu of therapy, we get this acting out. There is more to it than meets the eye.

The exchanges don't belong to the govt.
This seems to be a gross manipulation.

Usually delisting is done for financial reasons and not because some Russian Asset wants it done.
