is a vague blueprint for normalizing rates. My opinion is when the employment recovery is complete the Fed will have to two-step with higher rates quickly and more sharply than is currently expected, but that will be in 2022 or even 2023.

Powell wants reappointment so he will continue loose policies. No sitting president will tinker with a rapid growth position.
