I heard NASDAQ 4100, then the fall rally begins, but it's all up in the air from the debt ceiling. In better shape than a week ago, end of quarter causes some distortions. I often play too safe, hard habit to break. Don't listen to me, I don't know anything more than the next guy, but I do better than TFG.
