1. Average price of $400,000...not too shabby considering that the avg. price per home in the USA

is roughly $350K...

Insane to see prices like this, and I certainly can understand the unemployment crisis as well as those having difficulties in finding reasonable priced rental units to rent. Cities are trying to address these issues but in reality, what can they do? Solutions don't seem to come easily to mind...Small houses communities that are popping up (very small homes) wouldn't serve a larger family unit (too small). Like they say now, someone working minimum wage wouldn't be able to literally live anywhere in the USA.

2. Zillow Algorithm Off

I live in Minneapolis and a zillow overpaid for a single family home in my neighborhood. Been on the market for over a month and have dropped the price below what they paid.
