I guide my financial vessel with opinions from gurus and my hunches about them, and by my own experience and market hunches.

Whew. Glad that's straight. I think the gurus are confused, or betting both ways so as to always be right. Bonds are headed up because the dumpers are all done, but interest rates are still going up which negatively impacts the price of bonds. Stocks are going up for another leg just because. Tech and growth are out of favor, income and energy are the place to be. Value stocks are in favor, but also small caps (which are a growth area in direct contradiction to what I said above.

The only take-away I could find doublecrossed was inflation. Inflation peaks a year AFTER energy prices peak. So we're in for another 12 months of inflation, probably pushing 9-10% by election day.

UGH!!! Powell timed it right for Republicans, as predicted, eh?
