After 22 months of bargaining, we have a contract!
I'm on the bargaining team, and it's tough in a state with the worst governor ever...but we held out after the administration declared impasse, hired top lawyers, waged a publicity campaign, etc., etc.
I'm happy to say we won all the "big" concessions.
I'll never work in a non-union job again.
