I'm a grandmother
Hatched a blob of frog spawn coupla years ago. They all vanished except two or three.
A few nights ago I heard the buk ... buk.. of a striped marsh frog outside my window. The pond is not even a pond - it's a big round black basin maybe 30in. diameter, set in the ground. I intended it for water lillies.
Anyhow the next night I went out while he was calling and found this! Pretty sure they are the direct descendents from the swamp. How cool is that?
