(5,723 posts)5. Not really
We in BC had a major atmospheric river in November that did much more severe damage to the Coquihalla Highway (main route to the interior from the coast). Damage included seven bridges fully collapsed and 20 washouts over 130 km. The route was closed on 14 November due to the damage. It was reopened to commercial vehicles on 20 Dec and to all traffic on 19 Jan 2022. While not fully repaired (that's expected by the end of the year), getting traffic moving in only 2 months was achieved and should be more than doable on the roads in the video as there doesn't appear to be bridge collapses.
