Record radiation in Fukushima fish

A PAIR of greenlings have shown the highest level of radioactive caesium detected in fish and shellfish caught in waters off Japan's crippled Fukushima nuclear power plant, its operator said today.
..The fish, captured 20 kilometres off the plant on August 1, registered 25,800 becquerels of caesium per kilo, Tokyo Electric Power Co. (TEPCO) said - 258 times the level the government deems safe for consumption.

The previous record in fish and shellfish off Fukushima was 18,700 becquerels per kilo detected in cherry salmons, according to the government's Fisheries Agency.

Most of it is going into the sea now, but obviously it hasn't stopped. It never will stop.

" the sea has natural radiation"
" that is less radiation than the fish would have if cooked in a microwave"
" that type of radiation won't hurt anybody, you would have to eat 2,000 of them fishes to get the dose of a chest x-ray".
"most of the ceasium sinks to the bottom of the sea, it can't contaminate anything"

did I miss any???

If you are a fish, humans are worse than nuclear waste.

How's that?
