One guy said it was the town's fault for not drilling their water wells deep enough. Another said they should just dam up a stream and they'd have lots of water. Thick layers of impermeable stupidity. Frack 'em.

Uh, yeah, it most certainly is. Fracking requires a fluid, doesn't much matter what it is, just any fluid will do. Water is often the fluid of choice.
