My wife is a slug - she is going to love it.

As for the article, it's interesting. The question becomes, what do you do once you have the hydrogen? I see hydrogen as a niche storage medium generally, but if the costs of electricity generating fuel cells can be reduced that could certainly change and, since sewage is inevitable, this approach could be a common addition to microgrids everywhere.

[font color="navy" face="Verdana"]My daughter's a Slug, too, so I have a special feeling for that beautiful school -- and I think the many imaginative slug graphics are just awesome.

I trust the Science Slugs and/or other geniuses to solve the storage problem. We can't expect it to happen overnight, though, and it doesn't stop me from cheering for every baby step forward.
