Cargo ship permitted to leave Dutch Harbor after Coast Guard detainment
A cargo ship has been permitted to leave Dutch Harbor after posting a $500,000 bond and agreeing to leave some its crew behind Thursday following a two-week detention for an environmental crimes investigation by the Coast Guard.
