To Be or Not to Be? That Is the Question in Vienna

The nuclear talks between Iran and the P5+1 group are still ongoing in Vienna as the Americans have had a change of heart – again.

To Be or Not to Be? That Is the Question in Vienna

~snip~

-The American team walked back previous concessions and torpedoed the Lausanne framework agreement after having a video conference with President Barack Obama. Aided by the Western media, they are now causing a new extension to gamble on a quick Iranian concession.

-The anti-deal Saudi-Israeli lobby has armed the United States, France and Britain with new demands of their own, i.e., keeping the structure of sanctions, not lifting the UN arms embargo, limitations in nuclear Research and Development, indefinitely extending the Joint Plan of Action et al.

This is while Tehran accepted Washington’s call for diplomacy at least for one good reason: Giving nuclear concessions in return for the lifting of all UN, EU, US and Congress sanctions.

If this is not coming and/or if this is not what will happen once a final deal has been struck, the Iranian negotiators will have received nothing for their nuclear concessions. They might as well pack up and leave the Austrian capital while they can.
