U.S. sees 'troubling' Iran nuclear moves, urges steps by Tehran

VIENNA | Wed Sep 11, 2013 12:53pm EDT

(Reuters) - The United States said on Wednesday it saw "troubling developments" in Iran's nuclear program and called on the country's new president to take concrete steps soon to ease concerns about Tehran's aims.

U.S. Ambassador Joseph Macmanus said Washington was ready to work with the new Iranian government "to reach a diplomatic solution that will fully address the international community's concerns" about Iran's nuclear program.

Macmanus noted that Iran had further expanded its uranium enrichment capacity by continuing to install both advanced and first-generation centrifuges, calling these steps "concerning escalations of an already prohibited activity".

Iran is also making further progress in the construction of a reactor, Arak, that can yield plutonium for bombs, including putting the reactor vessel in place and beginning to make fuel, he said. "All of these are troubling developments," he said.

the Syria thing. Syria might simmer down and everything will work out.
Now we have to find a way to go after Iran.
This country is determined to have a war come hell or high water.

I find the majority of the actions and the policies of the U.S. government troubling !!!!! All branches of the U.S. government.

They are the biggest shit stirrers on this planet !!!!

They are failing this country and its people on a monumental scale !!!!!!

What dirty deed were they up to in Chile 40 years ago today ?????

The damage, destruction and death the U.S. government has caused on a global scale is incalculable.

You are certainly right in your find. But you must rethink your assessment of U.S. policies without any animosity to blurr your mind,.
Clearly the United States has lost a substantial amount of credibility lately. and will continue to lose it, until the forces in place begin correcting the path toward a United States as it was on its best times.
