I suspect because the year round tourists are an information threat.

Ukraine and Russian tourists can be in the same hotel. Shocking, we know. Not to mention the British, French , German and Serbian tourists to name the most common groups.

The Russian Consulate General in Hurghada issued a recommendation to Russian citizens who have arrived in Hurghada, the Red Sea, to contact their tour operators and travel agents to return them to Russia.

The consulate confirmed in a statement on its official Facebook page, on Sunday, that in the event the travel agent refuses, users are kindly requested to inform the Consulate General immediately by phone or e-mail.

The statement added that citizens who arrived in Egypt individually “To return to Russia, we recommend purchasing a transit ticket through countries whose airlines continue to operate flights to Russian cities such as Turkish Airlines, Pegasus Airlines and Emirates Airlines.”

As for the blocking of Russian banking cards, airline tickets can be paid with the help of friends or relatives in Russia, the statement said.
