About two weeks ago I read that russian soldiers are evacuating their wounded from the Kherson-hospital... and simultaneously looting everything there is in terms of medical supplies and electronic medical equipment.

Now unknown gunmen in civilian clothing have emptied the Kherson museum to "evacuate" the artworks to Crimea.

Other russian soldiers are "evacuating" the content of bank-vaults and "evacuating" any sort of electronic equipment they can grab...
