A 28-Point Peace Plan. The End of the War Is Coming? - Good Times Bad Times (The 20s Report)
This video discusses the 28 point peace plan that formed the framework for peace negotiations between Russia and Ukraine. The plan which resembled Darth Putin's wish list was discussed by Secretary of State and representatives from the "E3" (France, Germany, UK) and amendments were made to many of the points in the peace plan that was released.
The corruption scandal in Ukraine is also mentioned in the video as a factor that may expedite a resolution to the conflict.
