Ukraine recently reclaimed 200 square KM. They need to keep up the pressure and hit more Russian rail and energy infrastructure. It won't budge Putin's mindset but it will make it harder for Russia to maintain operational tempo and maybe Ukraine can retake more territory. Also, it negates the benefit to Russia of any business deals Putin offers to Trump for an end to the conflict. It will already take multiple generations for Russia to recover demographically and economically.
