Israel refuses ceasefire with Hezbollah - FRANCE 24

Israel and Lebanon are due to hold talks in Washington on Tuesday, though a ceasefire remains a distant prospect. Israel says it will not discuss any halt to the fighting with Hezbollah, which it considers the main obstacle to peace. The meeting will mark the first formal contact between the two countries, which have no diplomatic relations. Meanwhile, Lebanese authorities say Israeli strikes have killed more than 1,950 people, including over 350 on the first day of the US-Iran ceasefire alone. Daniel Quinlan reports.

If Israel would live within its 1948 borders and stop killing Palestinians and preventing them from having a country, there might be peace. Give people something to live for and a better future for their children and constant fighting becomes less attractive. Netanyahu prevents that hope.

30% of those living in Lebanon are. Just like the Christian Plantains that have been displaced and murdered by the IDF and Settlers.
