Offbeat may be the place for drafting a cartoon . . .

Having read a really interesting article on Climate Change denier and "Hoax" promoter Dana Rohrabacher, I need a creative cartoon or photoshopped to the nines picture - neither of which I know how to do.

I envision Rohrabacher on a surfboard sitting upright tweeting on his iphone, on the water, surrounded by giant jellyfish, covered in tar and waste, while the beach disappears under a tide of beer and tequilla bottles trailing from his board.

Any caption ideas are welcome. I will tweet the heck out of it.

He wastes hours on end tweeting insults - often to me as well as many others. He admits this. And he thinks he a Chess Master and wins these arguments. Article quoting him here:

I think nailing this guy would go a long way to helping win the battle on climate change as well as hundreds of other daily skirmishes.
