I am so sorry for your loss. My father died (also suddenly) seven months ago today. Keep him in your heart, honor him by your actions to others and remember all that was good about him. Time will not heal your wound, but it will give you the tools manage the pain. My dad was one of my best friends, I think about him everyday.
