In December, an unvaccinated woman visited Disneyland (then flew home) and spread measles to dozens of people. Now, in Disneyland's homeland of Orange County, 24 unvaccinated students have been temporarily banned from a Huntington Beach high school to prevent the outbreak from spreading from an infected student.

It's quite possible the parents who are stupidly refusing vaccines, and their children, will be just fine. Statistically speaking, a healthy child isn't likely to suffer any long term effects from having measles. But for those who are vulnerable, who can catch measles from those precious children, it's a big deal.
