Any US residents in training looking outside the US to practice?

New Zealand has no true medical malpractice. The easiest way to be credentialed there is practicing here first independently for 2.5 years. But that's too far for the wife.

Canada seems very tough only allowing immigrants to practice medicine, although those from the US probably have the best chance.

The UK is third on my list, once they get their stuff together.

Anyone else country shopping?
