Related: About this forumI have hypertension but my meds were working well when I had my check up.
It was 127 over 70. That's pretty good considering I have "white coat" hypertension.
I take Verapamil in the morning and Atenolol in the evening. Seems to work fine.

I take a low dose of Losartan myself. And my doc would be happy with those numbers.

I recently found out that I have high bp, I'm going to the dr soon, in the meantime I'm trying to lower my sodium intake but don't think that's going to do it.
