physical activity. Spring on the way and more opportunities to get outside should help.

Harvard can't perform a public health service for free? Like they need the money?

Thanks!

YouTube has dozens of posts by actual doctors on inflammation, nutritionists, chiropractors. Personally I like the depth of the former Swedish Olympian Sten Ekberg but his pace is a bit slow.

I manage 80% of it with an anti inflammatory diet.

It was easy for me to move towards that in 2009. I don't think I've had a coke in 20 years (yuck). There are some small changes that anyone could make to reduce the inflammation in their body.

Something I've not given up - Coffee. But I drink decaf.

The tannins in coffee help prevent cancers. Actually there research showed 15 cups are safe. Green and herbal teas are great for you too.
At my age and size, I should be getting 90 grams of portent a day. Sometimes hard to get. Any less and you lose muscles in older adults.
