If you have never met Father Ted and his housemates you are in for a treat.

I have to go back every so often and plow through it for a mental boost.

Mum is through BritBox which I accessed through Prime. Another hilarious old Brit comedy is Open All Hours and 20 or so years later they made Still Open All Hours with the same cast. It is right up there with all my favorite British Comedy classics like Are you being Served, Waiting for God, As Time Goes By, Father Ted, Vicar of Digby. Particularly funny since the character who started out being the assistant to the store owner, 20 years later becomes the store owner with an assistant of his own. I think it would be worth getting BritBox for a month’s fee just to watch it and then cancelling your subscription!

some episodes of C.U. Burn on YouTube. I think that all of the episodes had subtitles. It was quite a funny series.

It's one of those we like to drop in on when we get tired of intense programs.
